Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.\nWhat you will get:\nAn agile career and dynamic working culture.\n\nAn inclusive and ethical workplace.\n\nCompetitive hourly rate.\n\nCompensation for this role will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and relevant knowledge.\nWhat you will do:\nCoordinate customer projects and oversee technical implementation during analytical method transfer activities for Small Molecules.\n\nPlan workflows, project schedules, and documentation setup while integrating Quality Assurance requirements.\n\nInitiate, investigate, and close process-related Change Controls, Deviations, and Laboratory Investigations (OOS/OOT).\n\nAuthor, revise, and review cGMP documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), transfer protocols, and analytical reports.\n\nSupport operational cGMP compliance by executing and organizing training for QC team members.\n\nCollaborate with contract laboratories and cross-functional teams to drive continuous testing improvements.\n\nSupport audit readiness and participate in project-related quality audits when applicable.\n\nWhat we are looking for:\nDegree (PhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related discipline with relevant hands-on QC laboratory experience.\n\nStrong scientific background in Analytical Chemistry, specifically focused on Small Molecules.\n\nSolid hands-on expertise in chromatography techniques and detectors (HPLC, GC).\n\nGood working knowledge of cGMP regulations and ISO standards.\n\nFamiliarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with LIMS and Veeva is an advantage.\n\nProfessional language skills in German (minimum B1) and English (minimum B2).\n\nStrong team spirit, clear communication, and a solution-oriented, customer-focused mindset.\n\nAbout Lonza\nAt Lonza, their people are their greatest strength.
