We’re hiring a Growth Engineer to own the technical infrastructure powering that engine. Sitting at the intersection of marketing, engineering and product, this role will work on a wide variety of projects - from landing pages and experimentation frameworks to data pipelines and ad platform signals. Your work will directly impact revenue by improving conversion rates, increasing signal quality, and enabling faster iteration across the entire go-to-market engine.\nThis position is based in New York City, and follows an in-office schedule Monday through Friday. If you’re not currently located in the area, relocation will be a contingency for employment.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the technical implementations behind Conversion Rate Optimization. Build and ship landing page experiments, signup funnels, scheduling and lead routing. Write the JavaScript that powers dynamic content and personalized experiences. Take projects from concept to production without needing a PM to define every step.\n\nRun the experimentation system. Build and maintain the A/B testing framework, feature flags, and targeting logic that the team uses to ship experiments across landing pages, signup flows, and the broader funnel. Translate funnel insights into technical implementations that actually move conversion.\n\nBuild and maintain GTM infrastructure. Architect the integrations connecting our website, CRM, analytics, and ad platforms. Build the APIs, webhooks, and automations that move data cleanly between them. Debug across tools when something breaks - and these systems break in interesting ways.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n5-9 years in growth engineering, web development with a CRO focus, or a similar hands-on role\n\nStrong JavaScript and SQL skills; experience with React a plus\n\nDirect experience with CRO and A/B testing - you've shipped tests, owned the framework, and have opinions on what works\n\nComfort building integrations across APIs, webhooks, and the tools in a modern GTM stack\n\nFamiliarity with tracking implementations: GA4, Segment or RudderStack, server-side GTM\n\nA strong sense of ownership. You ship, you iterate, and you find the next problem to work on without being handed it.\n\nNice to Have\nDirect experience with marketing measurement and a strong understanding of growth concepts.\n\nFintech, wealth management, or other regulated-industry experience\n\nGraphQL experience\n\nCompensation\nBase salary range: $120,000 - $220,000\nThis is the base salary range we expect in good faith to pay for this role at the time of posting. Where an offer lands within the range depends on the scope and complexity of work the candidate can own independently and demonstrated depth at this level.\nOther compensation and benefits\nThe range above reflects base salary only.
