You will work closely with our founders, financial planners, and engineering team to launch the Range platform.\nThis role is based at Range's Headquarters in McLean, VA or New York City. Employees hired for this position will work in office Monday-Friday. If you are not currently located in one of these areas, your willingness to relocate will be a contingency for employment.\nWhat you’ll do with us\nBuild and implement product strategies to implement the company vision\n\nRetrieve and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products\n\nCollaborate with our engineering team to create product plans and roadmaps\n\nPrepare and manage product requirements documents (PRD)\n\nMake recommendations to expand product base and vision\n\nWhat will set you apart\n5+ years' experience working in Product Management\n\nSignificant experience in product lifecycle management and working in agile environments\n\nBackground in software development and program management is preferred, but not required\n\nStrong organizational, leadership and communication skills\n\nStrong problem-solving skills with creative approach\n\nBS or BA in Computer Science, Engineering or other related area preferred, but not required\n\nFintech experience\n\nStartup experience\n\nCompensation\nBase salary range: $120,000 - $220,000\nThis is the base salary range we expect in good faith to pay for this role at the time of posting. Where an offer lands within the range depends on the scope and complexity of work the candidate can own independently and demonstrated depth at this level.\nOther compensation and benefits\nThe range above reflects base salary only. Our offer packages also include equity in the form of stock options, so total compensation for this role will exceed the base salary range.\nWe do not ask for or consider salary history.
