You'll work closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to understand role requirements, assist with recruiting strategies, and help attract world-class talent in a variety of functions. You'll be hands-on in running searches while also supporting process and tool improvements as we scale.\nThis role is based at Range's Headquarters in McLean, VA. Employees hired for this position will work in office Monday-Friday. If you are not currently located in one of these areas, your willingness to relocate will be a contingency for employment.\nWhat you'll do with us\nSupport full-cycle recruiting for technical and business roles-from sourcing through offer\n\nPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, assist in designing interview processes, and meet hiring goals\n\nSource and engage talent through targeted outreach, referrals, and creative strategies\n\nContribute to improving recruiting process, tooling, and reporting for all hiring functions\n\nDeliver an excellent candidate experience with clear communication and thoughtful engagement at every stage\n\nBuild relationships with hiring managers and team members\n\nCollaborate with and learn from more tenured recruiters and recruiting leadership\n\nWhat will set you apart\n1+ years of experience in recruiting, supporting technical and/or business roles (e.g., engineering, product, go-to-market, operations, finance, or corporate functions)\n\nFamiliarity with sourcing candidates and basic recruiting processes\n\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders\n\nExperience with recruiting tools and platforms (ATS, sourcing tools, reporting) is a plus\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\n\nStartup or high-growth company experience preferred, but not required\n\nCompensation\nBase salary range: $70,000 - $140,000\nThis is the base salary range we expect in good faith to pay for this role at the time of posting. Where an offer lands within the range depends on the scope and complexity of work the candidate can own independently and demonstrated depth at this level.\nOther compensation and benefits\nThe range above reflects base salary only. Our offer packages also include equity in the form of stock options, so total compensation for this role will exceed the base salary range.\nWe do not ask for or consider salary history.
