Account Executives build trust with potential members by showcasing the platform's value and educating them on the benefits of Range.\nThis role is based at Range's Headquarters in McLean, VA or one of our hubs in New York City, Seattle, or Austin. Employees hired for this position will work in office Monday-Friday. If you are not already located in one of these areas, your willingness to relocate will be a contingency for employment.\nWhat you’ll do with us\nHost demo presentations with potential members\n\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships\n\nMeet or exceed monthly sales targets\n\nManage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and deal status\n\nDevelop a deep understanding of products and services\n\nStay updated on industry trends\n\nWhat will set you apart\n5+ years in direct sales capacity\n\nHave an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with anyone\n\nPrevious experience selling into consumers\n\nPrevious experience selling a SaaS product\n\nPrevious experience in FinTech or WealthTech or Wealth Management Industry\n\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience\n\nCompensation:\nBase salary range: $100,000 - $140,000\nThis is the base salary range we expect in good faith to pay for this role at the time of posting. The range reflects our national compensation band. Where an offer lands depends on your demonstrated depth selling at that level and internal equity within the team.\nCommission and other compensation\nThis role has a target annual commission of $75,000, bringing expected on-target earnings to $175,000-$215,000 depending on base salary placement. Commissions are uncapped and earned on closed and booked revenue, with commission rates increasing based on monthly sales performance. Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance. Commissions are paid quarterly.\nOffer packages also include equity in the form of stock options.\nWe do not ask for or consider salary history.
