This includes hiring part-timers, monitoring their attendance and performance, and ensuring the smooth execution of all client projects. Client Operations Executive is also responsible for guiding, coaching, and supporting gig workers while upholding high service standards and delivering timely, accurate reports.\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nGig Worker Management & Support\n\nAssist in sourcing, selecting, onboarding, and training gig workers for client projects.\n\nBrief gig workers on clients’ requirements, standards, and expected outcomes.\n\n2. Work Process & Performance Supervision\n\nDevelop work processes, schedules, and deployment plans.\n\nAssign gig workers to designated locations and ensure adequate manpower coverage.\n\nSupervise daily operations and monitor gig workers’ attendance and performance\n\nProvide timely guidance to ensure quality execution aligned with client objectives.\n\n3. On-Ground Monitoring\n\nTravel to assigned work sites to observe, supervise, and ensure smooth on-ground operations.\n\nIdentify and resolve issues proactively to maintain workflow efficiency.\n\n4. Coaching & Discipline\n\nProvide constructive feedback, coaching to gig workers when necessary.\n\nAddress and manage disciplinary matters professionally to maintain productivity and standards\n\n5. Reporting & Documentation\n\nPrepare and submit accurate reports, including recruitment progress summaries and other manpower-related documentation.\n\nProvide insights or recommendations to improve operational performance\n\n6.
