You'll support a variety of gaming, audio-visual and technology equipment across our venues, helping to maximise operational performance while delivering excellent support to venue teams.\nNo two days are the same, with a mix of installations, maintenance, troubleshooting and project work, all contributing directly to the success of our venues and customer experience.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nCarrying out gaming machine moves, equipment relocations and layout alterations across venues.\nProviding reactive breakdown support and preventative maintenance on gaming and AV equipment.\nCompleting software updates and ensuring equipment remains fully compliant with company standards.\nConducting PAT testing on gaming equipment in line with compliance requirements.\nSupporting new product installations and technology upgrades across the estate.\nProviding on-site guidance and training to venue teams following equipment changes or software updates.\nSupporting IT teams with day-to-day technical issues where appropriate.\nActing as the liaison engineer for contractors and suppliers undertaking maintenance or installation work.\nIdentifying new technologies and improvement opportunities that could benefit the business.\nBuilding and maintaining technical knowledge of existing and emerging gaming products to minimise downtime and support operational excellence.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're looking for someone who is practical, self-motivated and passionate about technology, with the ability to deliver great service while working across multiple locations.\nEssential Skills & Attributes\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across the business.\nAbility to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.\nExcellent organisational and time-management skills.\nFlexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and technologies.\nStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.\nAbility to remain focused and effective under pressure.\nFull flexibility to travel extensively across the UK.\nDesirable Experience\nExperience in technical fault finding, repair, installation or maintenance within a field-based environment.\nExperience working with gaming, AV, IT or other customer-facing technology
