This role will also be responsible for creating inspiring and captivating visuals... for on- and offsite promotional campaigns, CRM, social media, programmatic, affiliates and other channels for our brands for the Spanish and upcoming Portuguese market.\nMain Accountabilities & Responsibilities:\nAs a Digital Graphic Designer, you should:\nParticipate in meetings and stand-ups reporting changes and progress.\nAct as a guardian of the brands and ensure consistent design quality.\nCollaborate with product, marketing, CRM, TECH and other teams to deliver brand-consistent Customer Journeys through the designs you provide. \nPrioritize workload according to business goals and ensure deadlines are met.\nWork with the Commercial team on promotional concepts and produce high-quality designs.\nDesign, maintain and optimize our brands’ acquisition channels such as Social Media, Landing Pages, Blogs, and Newsletters.\nDevelop all types of graphic content (in multiple formats) across all channels and brands: Graphic support with the promotional visuals such as banners, ads, landing page assets, internal marketing, video, and social media content.\nCollaborate in the creation and optimization of Brand Manuals & Guidelines.\nCollaborate in the improvement and animation of our brand mascot (Blender & AI)\nRelevant characteristics:\nProven digital design experience.\nExcellent knowledge of market leading design programs.\n3D design skills (will be an asset).\nTask management skills.\nSelf-managed working on their own.\nDesire to learn and to propose new ideas.\nCuriosity.\nWhat’s needed for success – Experience & Qualifications:\nTechnical skills and hands on experience on as many of the following:\nExperience creating and optimizing images with AI tools (e.g., Magnific, Firefly, Adobe AI tools), applying them to marketing and brand campaigns. \nSolid knowledge of task tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)\nAdobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) \nKnowledge of Premiere or After Effects or other animation tools\nWordPress and/or other CMS knowledge\nBasic HTML/CSS knowledge\nAbility to multitask and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment\nFluent in Spanish with good English knowledge\nKnowledge of Portuguese (oral and written) will be considered a strong asset for supporting our upcoming market expansion.\nHaving some experience working with:\nExperience working in cross-functional teams\nFamiliarity with Figma (or similar collaborative design tools)\nPersonal Qualities:\nHigh standards of quality, pixel-perfect attention to detail, and a focus on continuous improvement.\nProblem solver, logical thinker and able to work autonomously.\nTeam player and good stakeholder-management abilities.\nDemonstrates sense of passion and pride about own work and teamwork.\nPositive attitude and adapts well to change.\nInspires passion and excitement around shared goals, promoting an environment of achievement.\nWillingness to learn new technologies and ways of working.\nAbility to work under pressure and adapt to changes with a proactive attitude.\nWhat will you get in return?\nAs a Digital Graphic Designer with us, you will benefit from:\nChallenging design projects: the opportunity to tackle complex briefs across diverse products and campaigns that push your skills and expand your portfolio.
