engineering best practices.\nConduct code reviews and champion quality, performance, and maintainability standards.\nInvestigate and resolve complex technical issues and critical production incidents.\nIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement across systems, processes, and development practices.\nLead technical initiatives and provide guidance and mentorship to other engineers.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions.\nWhat We're Looking For\n5+ years' experience in React and TypeScript frontend development.\nExperience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs.\nStrong backend development experience using .NET and C#.\nExperience working with MS SQL Server, including queries and stored procedures.\nStrong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and SOLID principles.\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent \nExperience writing unit and integration tests.\nFamiliarity with automated testing tools and
