meeting rooms, laptops, printers, LAN/WAN connectivity.\nResponsible for delivery of End User Computing services, technologies, processes, impactful to productivity of our Spain workforce.\nHands-on and working directly with our providers will be accountable for daily support and ongoing improvement of our Windows and MAC toolset as well as other tools and solutions, such as meeting rooms, laptops, printers, LAN/WAN connectivity.\nThis key role manages all End User Windows & Mac images and devices, mobile device / application management, other EUC technologies, with responsibilities for effective delivery and operational support for PC imaging, packaging, software distribution, patching and overall PC lifecycle management.\nService NOW Ticketing tool & JIRA Services Management (Incident, Service Requests, Asset management)\nServe as the escalation point for End User issues and problems\nLead and drive continuous improvement opportunities in end user computing experience.\nPrimary operational point of contact for our strategic EUC outsourcing partner/s.\nBuild strong internal customer relationships to ensure we are aligned to customer and business needs while prioritizing key initiatives.\nInterface with Senior IT leadership on problem/incident calls and acts as an escalation point.\nDevelops and maintains a solution roadmap, product catalog and vision for End User Computing technologies and processes.\nManage an endpoint software distribution solution that encompasses modern imaging, packaging, and software deployment best practices.\nEngage external partners to create and maintain a hardware and client software roadmap that will contribute to a productive workforce.\nMaintain awareness of changing IT trends and regulations which might impact the company and develop strategies that will mitigate any incoming risks and/or take advantage of any future benefits.\nAssess upcoming technologies and recommend innovative use of new features and technologies related to desktop management with the objective of enhancing end user experience.\nDevelop and sustain current documentation relating to areas of responsibility.\nWork within established configuration, change management policies, security policies for ensuring awareness, approval and success of changes made to the areas of responsibility.\nWork and communicate with a wide range of people – leadership, peers, vendors, staff members, and others.\nQualifications\nSpanish native speaker & good understanding of written and oral English\n5+ Years of experience architecting EUC solutions and processes\n5+ Years of experience with managing Microsoft end user technologies: SSO, Networking, Active Directory, LDAP, End Point Security, Antivirus\nNetworking knowledge, experience in managing IPSec VPN’s, Firewalls, Switches, LAN and WLANs.\nExperience in monitoring tools (Zabbix , Nagios or similar)\nExperience in Managing relational databases MS SQL Server, MySql or PostgreSQL\nExperience working with automatization tools like Ansible, Terraform or similar\nExperience in scripting and automating tasks using languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar, to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency\nExperience with virtualization technologies like VMWare or similar\nExperience in managing backup technologies\nExperience in End-User Security best practices\nGood at creating technical documentation and process definition\nExperience managing Spain dispersed offices and venues and external contract resources and outsources services (contract, control, SLAs, priorities)\nOpen to occasional travel within Spain\nCustomer focus & Ownership mindset\nResults oriented and a bias for action , with a can-do attitude\nEmbraces change and innovation\nLiving in Barcelona area or willing to relocate\nBachelor degree in the area of Information Systems Management, Computer Science or
