At Ranovus, you’ll join a collaborative, inclusive team that values learning, flexibility, and meaningful work with global impact.\nThe Opportunity\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior PCB Layout Designerto join our engineering team.\nThe PCB Layout Designer will be responsible fordesigning, developing, and optimizingprinted circuit board (PCB) and substrate layouts to meet electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing requirements. This role involves close collaboration with electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, packaging engineers,and manufacturing teams to ensure that designs meet performance, quality, and compliance standards.\nHow You’llContribute\nCreate and develop PCBand substratelayouts based on schematic diagrams and design specifications.\nCollaborate with hardware, mechanicaland signal integrityengineers to ensure design accuracy and compliance with requirements.\nOptimizelayouts for signal integrity, power distribution, thermal performance, and manufacturability.\nGenerate Gerber files, fabrication drawings, and assembly documentation for manufacturing.\nEnsure compliance with industry standards (IPC, UL, RoHS, etc.) and internal design guidelines.\nPerform design rule checks (DRC) and electrical rule checks (ERC) to validatedesignintegrity.\nWork with vendors and fabrication houses to resolve manufacturing issues and ensure high-yield production.\nMaintain version control and design documentation for all layouts.\nParticipate in design reviews and provide technical input to improve PCB design processes.\nWhat You’llBring\nProven experience in PCB layout design for analog, digital, RF, or mixed-signal circuits.\nProficiencywith PCB design tools (e.g., Cadence Allegro/OrCAD, Mentor Graphics PADS, KiCad, or equivalent).\nStrong knowledge of PCBand substratemanufacturing processes, materials, and design-for-manufacturing (DFM) practices.\nUnderstanding ofhigh-speed signal design, EMI/EMC considerations, and thermal management.\nAbility to interpret and apply IPC standards (IPC-2221, IPC-7351, IPC-6012, etc.).\nExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.\nDiploma or Bachelor’sdegree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.\nWe appreciate the time you invest in exploring opportunities with us.
