You work closely with project teams and business stakeholders to control project spend, manage the fixed asset ledger, and ensure proper balance sheet reconciliation. You will be responsible for variance analysis, supporting audits, and contributing to continuous improvements in financial processes and internal controls. You will also assist with compliance reporting, including requirements around CSRD.\nYour responsibilities\nControlling current projects and the fixed asset ledger managing over 80.000 machines\nMaintaining close contact with business stakeholders to ensure project alignment\nPerforming monthly balance sheet reconciliations related to assets and projects\nInvestigating discrepancies or outstanding items and resolving them timely\nPreparing documentation for auditors and management reviews\nSupporting internal and external audits and statutory financial statements\nAssisting in process improvement projects and control enhancements\nPreparing and presenting monthly variance analysis for EMEA and APAC regions\nContributing to CSRD-related reporting and note preparation\nYour profile\nYou are an accurate and hands-on finance professional with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on deadlines and details.
