You will report directly to the Teamleader Automation.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCoordinate and continuously improve all quality-related processes within the Automation department.\nDevelop and maintain the Quality Control system, including procedures, work instructions, and related training.\nManage the non-conforming report (NCR) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) systems for Automation.\nHandle customer complaints and support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.\nDefine quality requirements for automation machines and lead the final approval and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) with customers.\nDrive a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement throughout the department.\nSupport the Quality Management System according to ISO9001 standards.\nEnsure open and effective communication with all other Ranpak entities.\nHow to execute these responsibilities:\nYou bring a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, combined with experience as a Quality Engineer, Manager, or Specialist in a production environment. You have a problem-solving mindset and a hands-on attitude, with a convincing and professional demeanor towards customers, suppliers, and colleagues.\nYou also bring:\nFluency in both Dutch and English.
