等），并有实际的项目落地经验。\n具备优秀的软件架构设计能力和系统性思维，能够独立负责复杂系统的设计与开发。\n对前沿技术充满热情，具备出色的学习能力和分析问题、解决问题的能力。\n良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够适应快节奏的工作环境。\n加分项\n有大规模、高并发系统设计与开发经验者优先。\n有在知名开源社区（特别是 AI
