And on the Datadog side of our business, our experienced team of SREs and DevOps engineers drive better observability, availability, and deployment velocity for organizations looking to drive measurable business impact through their Datadog environment.\nWe are looking for a Senior Project Manager on our ServiceNow team to take end-to-end ownership of our engagements, including working with our sales team to develop Statements of Work, working with engineers to translate SOWs into project plans, and working directly with customer stakeholders at all levels to execute. We are a deeply customer-centric organization, so prior experience in services consulting is beneficial.\nThis role will be based in our Boston office, with an expectation of coming into the office Tuesday-Thursday each week.\nWho you are:\n10+ years of project management experience in a client or customer-facing role\n\nProven stakeholder management skills\n\nProven experience managing a team of software engineers\n\nUnderstanding of project management and delivery methodologies\n\nStrong customer focus\n\nWhat you'll do:\nOrganize technology programs, projects and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization\n\nCreate and manage long-term goals based on expanding customer requirements\n\nWork with leadership to develop a vision, manage a roadmap and operating plan for the program\n\nDevelop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement\n\nWrite project plans to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services\n\nManage an engineering team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities\n\nEnsure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality, and team member performance as well as customer training\n\nImplement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved\n\nMeet with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services\n\nProduce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle\n\nAnalyze risks and issues\n\nWork on strategy with the sales team\n\nCompensation:\nBase Salary: $110,000-$150,000 annually, depending on experience\n\nBenefits:\n100% Employee Healthcare Coverage (Medical, Dental & Vision)\n\nRetirement Plan (5% 401k Match, IRA)\n\nUnlimited Paid Time Off (4-week minimum) (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)\n\nParental Leave\n\nHybrid Work Opportunities\n\nFitness & Commuter Subsidies available\n\nEquity\n\nSL & LT Disability\n\nRapDev is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
