In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to customers and prospects, helping them understand and utilize the full range of RapDev’s services to maximize the value of their ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with the sales team, customers, and technical staff to propose, design and demonstrate solutions that meet each customer's unique needs, using a deep understanding of out-of-the-box behaviors and of customizations to drive maximum value.\nWhat You'll Do:\nCollaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify new opportunities and develop a deep understanding of customer needs\n\nConduct in-depth technical presentations and demonstrate unique expertise in achieving the value of ServiceNow’s solutions in production and at scale\n\nDesign and propose customized solutions that leverage ServiceNow’s products and RapDev services to meet customer needs\n\nLead technical discussions with customers and prospects, answering questions and providing guidance on technical features, functionality, and integration\n\nConduct hands-on proof of concept testing and product evaluations to demonstrate the value of ServiceNow's solutions\n\nDevelop technical content and collateral to support sales and marketing initiatives\n\nAct as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow’s solutions and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings\n\nContinuously learn and improve technical knowledge of ServiceNow and supporting technologies\n\nWork collaboratively with the sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure successful customer outcomes\n\nWho You Are:\n5+ years of experience in a pre-sales or a similar technical sales role, preferably in the software industry\n\nHands-on experience with ServiceNow solutions and a strong understanding of use cases and value propositions\n\nKnowledge of, or willingness and ability to develop knowledge of, ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, and core platform capabilities (CMDB, Integration Hub, Automation Hub, etc.)\n\nTechnical capabilities in areas such as Cloud Engineering/SRE, Application and Infrastructure configuration and maintenance, Application Development/SDLC\n\nExcellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop customized solutions\n\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities\n\nStrong collaboration and team-oriented mindset\n\nCommitment to ongoing learning and professional development\n\nCompensation:\nBase Salary: $130,000-$180,000 annually, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission potential\n\nBenefits:\n100% Employee Healthcare Coverage (Medical, Dental & Vision)\n\nRetirement Plan (5% 401k Match, IRA)\n\nUnlimited Paid Time Off (4-week minimum) (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)\n\nFamily Leave (Maternity, Paternity)\n\nHybrid Work Opportunities\n\nFitness & Commuter Subsidies available\n\nEquity\n\nRelocation Assistance\n\nSL & LT Disability\n\nRapDev is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
