Specifically, your focus will be to:\n\nDirectly manage a team of Product Managers with responsibility for coaching, mentoring, and supporting them in scoping work and prioritizing tasks\n\nMentor your PMs and help grow their skills, identify growth areas, set expectations and provide feedback\n\nLead cross-team collaboration with Product, Engineering, and UX for product planning, prioritization, development, launch and on-going enhancements that balance responsiveness to customer needs with strategic market impact.\n\nWork with executive leadership, product, and engineering teams to develop product plans aligned with market requirements and opportunities for growth.\n\nCollaborate with customers and cloud ecosystem partners, leveraging market research to develop functional and technical requirements in partnership with engineering.\n\nEncourage data-driven product decisions by leveraging utilization metrics, user feedback, and customer partnerships.\n\nWork with product and marketing leadership to develop content, messaging, and competitive positioning based on solid value propositions.\n\nIntegrate AI into day-to-day product management practices to increase efficiency, insight, and customer value.\n\nThe skills and qualities you'll bring include\n7+ years of experience in product management roles with a demonstrated track record of shipping meaningful product in complex or ambiguous environments preferably within Cyber Security or an AI driven SDLC. With 3+ years experience in product team leadership\n\nAI Fluency – Demonstrate the ability to select and use AI appropriately to solve problems, make better decisions, and increase productivity and and foster these practices across your team\n\nPrevious experience in managing engaged and high performing Product Management teams with a track record in developing and mentoring PMs at all levels\n\nA customer-first mindset with the ability to drive that throughout your teams, solid understanding of customer needs, and integration of this customer impact into your team’s everyday decision making\n\nYou hold yourself and your team responsible for driving outcomes and owning both successes and failures.\n\nYou think big but act small, helping your PMs break down massive visions into actionable, high-impact components.\n\nEstablish clear credibility and the ability to build trust fast with engineering, design, data, and senior stakeholders.\n\nFormulate a strong point of view and clear opinions about what good product looks like, using crisp communication skills to land them and foster commitment from others.\n\nDisplay professional resilience and immense comfort working through organizational change, turning restructures or pivots into opportunities to come out sharper and focused forward.\n\nMake efficient, transparent decisions that resolve roadmap challenges and maintain development momentum.\n\nBuild a strong global network and work across boundaries to deliver sustainable improvements that create business value.\n\nEmbrace difficult conversations, actively listening, asking questions, and checking for understanding to find common ground when driving consensus across disparate product cohorts.\n\nEmbody our core values to foster a culture of excellence that drives meaningful impact and collective success.\n\nWe know that the best ideas and solutions come from multi-dimensional teams.
