failures.\nSolid Git workflow and code review practices.\n\nNice-to-Have Qualifications: \nKubernetes/KIND/Helm testing experience.\nCompliance/security scan automation exposure (SBOM/STIG-like workflows).\nMulti-runner parallel execution/sharding strategy experience.\nExperience building reusable reporting and observability layers.\nExperience capturing test telemetry for trend analysis
