This position operates production equipment and performs all required duties within the production area. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, team-based environment and can work effectively with others to meet shared objectives and demanding production schedules.\nThis is a part-time weekend position with a regular schedule of Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Candidates must be available to work the full scheduled shift on both days.\nStart Date: This position is expected to begin the weekend of January 9-10, 2027.\nReports to Production Supervisor of Manufacturing - Consumables.\nResponsibilities\nFollow the daily production schedule.\nEnsure materials are stocked and ready before production begins.\nVerify that equipment is calibrated and functioning properly, including balances/scales, the Mediaclave, and other production equipment.\nClean and sanitize equipment, the cleanroom, and work areas before and after production.\nWeigh and measure materials accurately.\nRecord lot numbers, serial numbers, calibration information, and pre-fill QC results (pH, temperature, water resistivity, TOC).\nComplete batch records accurately and in full.\nSupport equipment qualification testing (IQ/OQ/PQ).\nUpdate and post production status information.\nPrint and verify product labels as needed.\nFollow cGMP, ISO, and company quality procedures.\nRequired\nHigh school diploma with 2 years of related experience, or an Associate’s degree.\nAt least 1 year of cleanroom experience; full cleanroom gowning (smock, boots, and mask) is required.\nStrong aseptic technique and laboratory skills.\nAbility to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.\n Must be willing and able to successfully complete company-provided cleanroom certification.
