The Weekend Production Operator Lead will support the launch and ongoing operation of the new weekend production shift.\nResponsibilities\nWork safely and follow all safety rules at all times.\nSolve problems and communicate issues and resolutions to production management.\nLearn to troubleshoot production systems.\nLead up to 15 employees with patience and professionalism.\nManage the PHR review and correction process, ensuring GMP is followed.\nMaintain an up-to-date Preventive Maintenance schedule.\nLead the shift, overseeing attendance, break coverage, emergencies and evacuations, personnel performance and production issue reporting, and interdepartmental communication.\nCommunicate effectively with senior management.\nServe as the primary point of contact for receiving and communicating shift pass-downs.\nHold team members accountable for meeting production targets.\nDevelop team members’ technical and leadership skills.\nWork with minimal supervision while supporting and driving process improvements and team culture.\nEnsure materials are stocked, kitted, and prepared for the production day.\nProcess transactions in SAP daily.\nPerform shift startups and shutdowns.\nPerform other duties as assigned by the Manager.\nQualifications & Experience\nHigh school diploma with 2+ years of experience, or an Associate’s degree.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, sufficient to manage cGMP documentation practices.\nAbility to lead and manage team dynamics, including conflict, motivation, and engagement.\nExcellent aseptic process and laboratory skills.\nAbility to adhere to a production schedule.\nAbility to work overtime, including off-schedule shifts and periodic weekends.\nBasic computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office.\nCommitment to updating work processes and driving continuous
