Monitoring online consumer behavior and working within the marketing team to create targeted campaigns to increase site traffic and sales. Research market trends and create/optimize digital campaigns. Clear understanding of inbound marketing, SEO principles, paid media, and lead generation and lead nurturing strategies. A creative team player with a passion for digital marketing who is a pivotal part of our marketing team.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals\nManage and optimize campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising\nAnalyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights\nCreate and manage content for websites, blogs, and social platforms\nConduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO & GEO best practices\nMonitor trends and emerging technologies to keep strategies current\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including applications, sales, and product\nDecide on appropriate placement of ads\nPublish digital marketing content online\nImplement automated email marketing campaigns and ABM-based campaigns\nImplement social media paid campaigns\nMonitor social media and Google Analytics\nOptimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools\nReport on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders\nScale campaigns to maximize ROI\nMonitor project status and budget\nBrainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests\nExperience & Qualifications\nEducation: B.S. in Marketing or related field plus relevant working experience (i.e., B.S. with 3+ years)\nPreference is with experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry or equivalent life science discipline.\nProven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role\nFamiliarity with B2B and B2C advertising campaigns\nHands-on experience with web content management tools, like HubSpot\nProficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and preferably HubL (HubSpot Markup Language).\nCertification in HubSpot CMS for Developers, HubSpot Marketing Software, and Growth-Driven Design certifications are highly valued.\nExpertise in Salesforce and Pardot.
