In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate and work with other specialists across the company in solving the complex problems using cutting edge technologies to push the company forward.\nDuties and Responsibilities:Look for 12 to 15+ years of experience.\nPlan, facilitate, run the scrum routines (daily stand-up, planning, demo, retrospective meetings)\n\nCoordinate the tasks of various team members, manage interdependencies and remove impediments\n\nPrepare, manage & track schedules to meet commitments\n\nSupport the product owner in creating and maintaining the product backlog\n\nEscalate issues and raise flags in a timely manner\n\nTrack and report the scrum metrics (team velocity, backlog status)\n\nInterface with scrum masters / project managers of other teams to manage dependencies and prepare joint plans\n\nShield the team from outside distractions and interferences for smooth execution\n\nCoach the team on agile practices to ensure project success\n\nQualification\n8+ years of proven work experience in software development / testing / software project management.
