The ideal candidate should be able to oversee all aspects of the project including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing progress of project.\nIn this role you will:\nCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects\nEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget\nAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility\nEnsure resource availability and allocation\nDevelop a detailed project plan with the project coordinator to monitor and track progress\nManage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques\nMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques\nReport and escalate to management as needed\nManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders\nPerform risk management to minimize project risks\nEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors\nCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation\nMeet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project\nSupport project coordinator to delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels\nTrack project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals\nMeet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis\nDevelop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members\nUse and continually develop leadership skills\nAttend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency\nPerform other related duties as assigned\nDevelop spreadsheets, slides, diagrams and process maps to document needs\nDocument lesson learned post project completion\nParticipate/support the agency in the recruitment process.\nEnsure career growth of subordinates within his/her purview by ensuring ongoing performance review with defined/smart objectives.\nManage conflicts between employees within his/her purview while ensuring a healthy working environment.\nEvaluates and promotes teamwork, initiative, work ethic, values adherence and reports findings to discipline leads.\nEnsures effective communication and promotes a sense of belonging, participation and involvement.\nConduct regular 1:1 connect to ensure team career needs.\nWhat are we looking for?
