About the Role

As a 3D Artist, you will contribute to the visual quality and artistic direction of Rapsodo’s simulation and gaming products. You will work closely with artists and engineers to create high-quality 3D assets and experiences across both realistic and stylized projects. The role offers the opportunity to contribute beyond a single specialization, from modeling and texturing to scene composition and visual quality. We value artistic judgment, technical understanding, ownership, and curiosity, and encourage our artists to continuously develop their craft.

What You'll Do

• Create high-quality 3D artwork for simulation and gaming products.
• Model and texture assets, environments, objects, characters, and other visual elements based on project needs.
• Create and refine materials and textures for realistic and stylized visual directions.
• Work directly in Unity to build, evaluate, and improve artwork in the final product.
• Contribute to scene composition, lighting, atmosphere, artistic direction, and overall visual quality.
• Work from real-world references when accuracy is required and develop original visual ideas for stylized projects.
• Evaluate and iterate on your work based on artistic, product, and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and other artists to solve visual and technical challenges.
• Contribute to improving workflows, reusable assets, and production techniques.

What We're Looking For

• Strong artistic fundamentals and visual judgment.
• Solid understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, materials, composition, form, scale, and color.
• Ability to work from references while demonstrating creativity and independent artistic judgment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate and improve your own work.
• Ownership, clear communication, and willingness to continuously learn.
• Based in İzmir or willing to relocate to İzmir.
