You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build reliable backend services and APIs that support our products. The role involves working with GCP, PostgreSQL, microservices, and event-driven architectures, while contributing to a modern and efficient development environment.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, develop, and maintain cloud-based backend applications using Go.\nBuild scalable RESTful APIs and event-driven services using microservices architecture.\nDevelop and maintain backend services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\nDesign and optimize PostgreSQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and testable code following software development best practices.\nMonitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve system reliability.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.\nFollow emerging technologies and contribute ideas to improve backend architecture.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nStrong hands-on experience in backend development with Go.\nExperience building cloud-based applications, preferably with GCP.\nSolid understanding of PostgreSQL and database design.\nExperience with RESTful APIs, event-driven systems, and microservices.\nFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.\nExperience with AI-assisted development tools and integrating AI into the software development lifecycle.\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.\nAbility to work independently and effectively within a team.\nWhy Join Rapsodo?
