Working closely with software engineering and cross-functional teams, you will build reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure supporting cloud backends, mobile applications, desktop software, and device firmware. You will also drive automation and continuous improvement to enhance engineering productivity and software delivery.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes across cloud, mobile, desktop, and firmware products.\nManage and optimize cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, availability, performance, security, and cost efficiency.\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operational tasks using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.\nManage containerized applications and orchestration platforms to support reliable and consistent deployments.\nImplement and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response processes to improve system reliability and observability.\nIntegrate security scanning and vulnerability management into CI/CD pipelines, addressing infrastructure and application security risks.\nCollaborate with engineering teams to improve development workflows, release management, and deployment reliability.\nMonitor delivery performance using DORA metrics and drive continuous improvements in deployment frequency, lead time, and system recovery.\nTroubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and production environment issues while maintaining technical documentation and operational standards.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\n4+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related role, including production environment experience.\nHands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Microsoft Azure.\nExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or similar tools.\nStrong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.\nGood understanding of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and system administration.\nExperience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or equivalent solutions.\nProficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or similar languages, along with familiarity with Git.\nUnderstanding of infrastructure security, IAM, secrets management, and vulnerability management practices.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nGood communication skills, collaborative mindset, and command of written and spoken English.\nNice to Have\nExperience managing CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications, including iOS/Android signing, Fastlane, TestFlight, or Google Play Console.\nExperience supporting desktop applications, Windows installers, or Unity build pipelines.\nFamiliarity with security tools such as SonarQube, Snyk, Mend, OWASP ZAP, or Trivy, and cloud security posture management tools such as GCP Security Command Center.\nKnowledge of GDPR or similar compliance frameworks from an infrastructure perspective.\nExperience with distributed systems, incident management, root cause analysis, and disaster recovery planning.\nExperience in cloud cost optimization, capacity planning, and infrastructure security hardening.\nFamiliarity with data-intensive applications, machine learning workloads, or computer vision systems.\nKnowledge of GitOps, configuration management, or platform engineering practices.\nWhy Join Rapsodo\nWe are a global leader in sports vision technology, powered by a team that believes in failing fast, learning faster, and winning as a team.
