HR Generalist to join our Singapore People Team on a six-month fixed-term contract.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a resourceful, hands-on HR Generalist who enjoys working with people and takes pride in getting things done well.\nAs part of our Singapore team, you will manage day-to-day HR activities across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and HR operations, working closely with employees, managers and colleagues across functions to ensure smooth execution and timely follow-through.\nBeyond daily HR responsibilities, you will contribute to people initiatives that strengthen collaboration, communication and employee experience, while exploring how technology, AI and automation can simplify processes and improve productivity.\nAbove all, we value someone who is dependable, approachable, adaptable and willing to roll up their sleeves as part of the team.\nWhat You Will Be Involved In\nHR Operations & Employee Lifecycle\nManage day-to-day HR administration, employee records and documentation across the employee lifecycle.\nCoordinate onboarding, employee movements, contract renewals and offboarding.\nWork with HR, Finance, IT and other teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.\nRecruitment & Onboarding\nCoordinate job postings, interviews, candidate communications and recruitment documentation.\nWork with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.\nEmployee Engagement & Communication\nBe an approachable first point of contact for employee enquiries and day-to-day HR matters.\nCoordinate employee engagement activities, internal communications and company events.\nContribute to initiatives that strengthen employee connection and workplace experience\nPeople Projects & Continuous Improvement\nContribute to People projects supporting organisational priorities and employee experiences.\nExplore opportunities to use digital tools, agentic AI and automation to reduce repetitive work and improve accuracy.\nTake ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure timely, accurate execution.\nThe exact mix of responsibilities will evolve based on business priorities and the needs of the team.\nRequirements\nDetail-oriented, discreet and able to handle confidential employee information with sound judgement.\nResourceful and collaborative, willing to roll up your sleeves and work with colleagues across different functions and cultures.\nCurious about AI, automation and digital tools, with a willingness to try practical ways of improving everyday HR work.\nAble to manage multiple tasks independently, keep track of deadlines and follow through without constant reminders.\nConfident and approachable when dealing with employees and managers, with clear communication and good interpersonal skills.\nDegree in Sociology, Sports Management, Communications, Anthropology, Social Sciences or a related discipline.\n1-2 years of hands-on HR experience, including onboarding,
