Engineer who wants to move beyond isolated board design and validation to work on real-world systems where hardware directly shapes product performance.\nYou will work across the full hardware lifecycle - from translating measurement architecture into circuit design, to PCB implementation, validation, and system level debugging - helping define how our devices perform in real-world environments.\nYour work will directly impact:\nMeasurement accuracy \nSignal integrity and system performance \nReliability of products used by athletes globally \nIf you are hands-on, enjoy solving Do\nHardware Design & Development\nOwn the full hardware development lifecycle, taking designs from initial concept through to production release\nSelect components and perform schematic capture and PCB layout for optimized, production-ready hardware\nCreate and manage PCB libraries and Bills of Materials, maintaining accuracy and consistency throughout the project lifecycle\nDocument design decisions clearly and ensure they remain traceable to system requirements at every stage of development\nValidation & Performance Optimization\nDevelop and execute hardware validation plans, test cases, and procedures\nPerform functional and performance testing across hardware components and subsystems ( PCBs, ICs, connectors, power systems, etc) \nDebug issues, resolve defects, and continuously improve hardware performance \nEnsure compliance with design specifications and industry standards \nCross Functional Engineering & System Delivery\nWork closely with Firmware, Mechanical, NPI, Manufacturing and Algorithm teams to ensure system alignment across hardware and product requirements \nDrive hardware readiness for production by ensuring designs are validated, documented, and compliant with regulatory standards (FCC, CE, EMC, Safety) \nContribute to delivering reliable, production-ready hardware systems that perform consistently in real-world environments. \nRequirements\nBachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field\n6+ years of experience in hardware design, validation, and optimization across full product life cycles \nProven Experience in High Speed Digital board design (eg DDR, PCIe, USC, MIPI, LVDS)\nExperience in Analog Circuit Design & Simulation\nExperience in RF and Radar design\nExperience in developing complex CPU and FPGA based hardware systems\nExperience in SW Tools such as Altium Designer(preferred), PADS PCB, Allegro, ORCAD\nExperience in Microsoft Office package, JIRA & Confluence\nStrong knowledge of hardware testing methodologies, tools, and equipment\nProven experience with lab equipment, such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers and signal generators\nFamiliarity with industry standards and protocols, such as MIPI CSI-2, USB, HDMI, LVDS & Ethernet\nKnowledge of regulatory requirements, compliance testing and certification processes, such as FCC, CE, EMC and Safety.\nExperience in logic design for FPGA using VHDL/Verilog is a plus\nStrong problem-solving ability with a systems-thinking approach \nAbility to work in a dynamic environment with good communication and interpersonal
