What enables us to operate effectively is not just technical capability, but how we work - with ownership, clarity, and disciplined execution.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a Software Engineer (C++) who wants to move beyond pure software development and work on real-world systems where code directly interacts with physical devices.\nThis is not a typical backend or application role.\nYou will work across the full system stack-from Linux BSP and drivers to middleware and C++ application logic -helping shape how our devices behave in real-world environments.\nYour work will directly impact:\n Measurement accuracy \n Real-time system performance \n Reliability of products used by athletes globally \nIf you enjoy solving problems where software meets hardware, debugging across layers, and building systems that exist beyond code, this role will be a strong fit.\nWhat You Will Do\nSystem Integration & Ownership\n Integrate components across Linux BSP, drivers, middleware, and application layers into a cohesive system \n Ensure compatibility, stability, and performance across the full device software stack \n Identify system-level risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies early in development \nReal-Time Performance & Debugging\n Debug complex issues across multiple layers (BSP, drivers, middleware, C++ applications) \n Analyze and optimize multi-threaded systems for low-latency and deterministic performance \n Investigate issues that involve both software behaviour and real-world system conditions.\nCross-Functional Engineering\n Work closely with hardware, firmware, and algorithm teams to ensure system alignment \n Translate product requirements into clear system behaviours and validation criteria \n Contribute to delivering reliable, production-ready features used in real-world environments \nRequirements\nDegree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field \nMinimum 3 years of experience in a relevant engineering role, with exposure to end-to-end product development \n Strong proficiency in modern C++ and multi-threading \n Experience working close to the system layer (Linux, BSP, drivers, or similar environments) \n Solid understanding of operating systems, systems design, and basic networking concepts \n Familiarity with Python or Bash scripting \n Proven ability to debug complex issues across multiple layers of a system \n Strong ownership mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach \n Exposure to computer vision or sensor-based systems \n Experience working on embedded, edge, or device-based products \n Self-starting attitude with a strong desire to learn and an action-oriented approach \n Strong teamwork skills and ability to work cross-functionally \n Background or interest in team sports\nWe build products that exist beyond code, where performance, accuracy, and reliability directly impact real users in real environments.
