Working closely with cross-functional engineering teams, you will design scalable software architectures, establish engineering standards, and contribute hands-on to building high-quality cloud-native solutions that power innovative sports technology products used worldwide.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign and evolve scalable, secure, and maintainable software architectures for new and existing products.\nDefine architectural standards, technical requirements, and engineering best practices while maintaining key design artifacts and API specifications.\nCollaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.\nLead architecture reviews and code reviews, mentor engineers, and ensure high software quality across development teams.\nEvaluate and adopt modern technologies, frameworks, cloud services, and AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.\nContribute directly to the codebase through architecture validation, refactoring, optimization, and hands-on software development.\nDrive continuous improvement by promoting clean architecture, modern engineering practices, and technical innovation.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n7+ years of experience as a Software Architect or in a similar technical leadership role.\nStrong knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, design patterns, and system integration.\nProfessional experience with Go (Golang) and at least one object-oriented programming language such as Java, C#, or Kotlin.
