This includes developing internal software, integrating third-party platforms, resolving technical issues, and creating automation solutions that make our operations simpler, faster, and more effective.\nWorking closely with colleagues across our St. Louis, Singapore, and Türkiye offices, you will collaborate on shared systems, solve technical challenges, and deliver solutions that support our global operations.\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys figuring things out, solving real-world problems, and exploring how technology, including AI, can improve the way people work.\nWhat matters most is your ability to think critically, learn quickly, take initiative, and turn problems into practical solutions.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance internal applications, systems, and tools that support Rapsodo's business operations.\nTroubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement reliable, sustainable solutions.\nBuild integrations between internal applications and third-party business systems to improve connectivity and data flow.\nDesign and implement automation solutions to streamline workflows, reduce manual work, and improve operational efficiency.\nCollaborate with colleagues across St. Louis, Singapore, and Türkiye to understand business challenges, identify improvement opportunities, and translate requirements into practical technical solutions.\nLeverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, troubleshooting, testing, and solution development while ensuring quality and reliability.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, applying sound software engineering practices.\nTest, monitor, and continuously improve system reliability, performance, security, and usability.\nExplore new technologies and challenge existing ways of working to deliver simpler, smarter, and more scalable solutions.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\nSound understanding of programming concepts, software development, databases, APIs, and system integration.\nExperience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Go, or similar, gained through professional work, academic projects, or personal initiatives.\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted software development tools and the ability to learn and apply new technologies effectively.\nStrong problem-solving ability, with the curiosity to investigate issues, understand root causes, and find practical solutions.\nResourceful and proactive, with the initiative to explore solutions independently rather than wait for instructions.\nStrong learning agility, with the willingness to experiment, adapt, seek feedback, and continuously develop new capabilities.\nAbility to think beyond code, understand business needs, and consider how technology can improve processes and outcomes.\nEffective communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate across geographically distributed teams. Turkish language proficiency is an added advantage for working with colleagues in our Türkiye office but is not required.\nA strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and commitment to seeing tasks through to completion.\nWe value how you think, learn, and solve problems more than the programming languages you already know.
