Raptee is incubated at CIIC & ARAI.\nRole Overview:\nWe are seeking an intern to join the team at Raptee and make an immediate impact, to execute for the prototype development of electric bike from design to validation stages of new & existing Output.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nInvolve & troubleshoot various Phenomenon and electric vehicle driveline components to support complete product development and validation through prototype.\nCommunicate with the vendors to order and purchase components to develop a variety of prototype models.\nDevelop and test various prototyping techniques to speed the developmental activities.\nCreate and maintain the documentation, estimate effort required and hold a committed schedule.\nUnderstand various sample development needs in an agile and continuous integration environment.\nIdentify required Workshop equipment resources to support prototype/product development and its periodic maintenance\nDevelop fixture and tools requirements for new technology required to develop future products.\nHelp and maintain the prototype workshop clean and organized by implementing 5S.\nWho Can Apply?\nThe candidate must be a Mechanical/Automotive Engineer.\nAcademic/industrial experience in the proto/product development of EV/Automotive applications.\nHands on experience in assembling a motor bike.\nRequired Enough Knowledge with prototyping equipment's such as 3D printing, Laser cutting, pressing machine etc and should be comfortable working with a variety of hand and power tools.\nKnowledge of CNC and understanding for the capabilities and limitations of rapid prototyping processes.\nMust be a Team Player and smart worker to have the attitude to work with the team;
