and you set the bar, direction, and pace for all of it.\nWhat you'll do:\nLead multiple teams (~10-15 Domain Owners), owning what gets built, how well it's built, and the commercial impact on the business.\nSet technical and product direction across teams, driving spec-driven, AI-augmented delivery to ensure clear, testable requirements before engineering begins.\nMaintain high technical credibility to review architecture, unblock decisions, and bridge communication between technical teams and commercial stakeholders.\nHire, coach, and retain senior Domain Owners and Team Leads, establishing performance expectations and career growth across the organization.\nRequirements\nWe're looking for an Engineer with deep commercial understanding - or a Product Manager with deep technical roots who grew into leadership, developed a sharp product instinct:\n10+ years in R&D and/or Product Management\n3+ years leading engineering/product teams - managing managers is a must.\nFintech experience is a must.\nA track record of building, scaling, and retaining teams that ship products end-to-end.\nStrong hands-on technical foundation -
