In this individual contributor role, you will analyze complex transaction data, investigate flagged alerts, and ensure full alignment with local and international regulatory frameworks. Operating in a high-growth fintech environment, you will execute swift investigations to stop fraud, money laundering, and illicit activities before they impact our platform.\nKey responsabilities\nAlert Triaging: Review and conduct initial investigations on flagged transaction alerts to determine if they pose a valid risk.\nData Analysis: Extract and review transaction data using Excel and basic SQL queries to support your day-to-day investigations.\nCase Documentation: Document your findings clearly and maintain accurate, well-organized case records within our management systems.\nRisk Escalation: Identify and escalate complex cases, anomalies, or suspicious trends to senior analysts and the Risk Operations Team Leader\nRegulatory Reporting: Assist in gathering data and preparing preliminary reports for local regulatory filings, including the UIF.\n Compliance Adherence: Learn and strictly apply internal compliance procedures alongside Argentine regulatory frameworks (AML/CFT, KYC, BCRA).\nRequirements\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Criminology, or a related field.\n Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience handling data analysis, financial reviews, or basic transaction monitoring (internship experience counts).\n Language: Professional working proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required to work within our global network.\nTech Skills: Comfortable working with large datasets in Excel;
