Robotics(RR)において、複数の顧客導入プロジェクトを横断的に統括し、デプロイメントフェーズ全体をリードするポジションです。Forward Deployed Engineer(FDE)として自ら現場に入り込んだ実務経験を土台に、複数のFDE・複数案件を同時にまとめ、標準化と横展開を通じて組織としての導入成功率を高めることが最大のミッションです。個人としての実装力だけでなく、複数のFDEをマネジメントし、案件ポートフォリオ全体の優先順位付け・リソース配分・品質担保を行った経験が求められます。\n主な業務内容\n複数のデプロイメント/導入プロジェクトのポートフォリオ管理と優先順位付け \n案件へのField Engineerアサイン調整、稼働状況のモニタリング \nデプロイメント標準・プレイブック・ベストプラクティスの策定と横展開 \nField Engineerの育成、技術・顧客対応レビュー、1on1 \n顧客エグゼクティブ・社内経営層への進捗・リスク報告 \n案件間で共通する課題の吸い上げと、プロダクト/エンジニアリング組織へのフィードバック \nField Engineerの採用要件定義・オンボーディング設計 \nRequirements\n必須要件\n複数の顧客導入プロジェクトを自らリードした実務経験 \n複数のメンバーをマネジメントし、並行稼働する複数案件をまとめた経験 \n案件のスコープ判断・優先順位付け・リソース配分の経験 \n顧客エグゼクティブおよび社内経営層との折衝・報告経験 \nデプロイメントプロセスの標準化・仕組み化を主導した経験
