Logistics Consultantは、Rapyuta ASRSを活用し、顧客の物流課題を整理・構造化し、最適なソリューション提案から要件定義までをリードするポジションです。\n単に顧客要望を聞いて社内に伝えるのではなく、背景にある本質的な課題を特定し、業務要件・システム要件・プロダクト要件として整理します。そのうえで、Sales、Business Analyst、Project Manager、Product Managerと連携しながら、標準機能・運用設計・設定変更・将来的なプロダクト改善のいずれで対応すべきかを見極め、スケーラブルなソリューション提供に貢献していただきます。\n物流業界での経験は歓迎しますが、必須ではありません。 Product Manager、Solution Manager、 ITコンサルティング、業務/DXコンサルティング、上流SIer、SaaSなどの経験をお持ちの方も歓迎します。\n職務内容\n顧客の物流フロー、作業効率、物量波動、保管効率、システム運用状況などの把握 \n顧客課題の分析、要求整理、業務要件・運用要件・システム要件への落とし込み \nASRS導入による生産性向上、保管効率改善、作業負荷軽減、投資対効果の試算 \nロボット台数、棚構成、スループット、ピッキングステーション、レイアウトなどの検討 \nWMS、ERP、在庫管理システムなど既存システムとの連携要件の整理 \nSales、BA、PM、FE、PdM、開発チームと連携した要件定義・導入支援 \n顧客期待値と社内の制約を踏まえた優先順位付け・期待値調整 \nUAT設計・準備・実施の支援 \n導入時の技術面・安全面・現場調整の橋渡し \nプロジェクトで得た知見の文書化、ベストプラクティス化、プロダクト改善へのフィードバック \nRequirements\n必須要件\n以下いずれかの経験をお持ちの方 \nProduct Manager \nSolution Manager \nITコンサルタント \n業務/DXコンサルタント \nSIerでの要件定義・上流工程 \n日本語が流暢であること \n英語に苦手意識がない \n望ましい要件\n物流、倉庫オペレーション、サプライチェーン、マテハン、倉庫自動化、WMS、ERP、在庫管理システムに関する知識・実務経験 \nWMSの要件定義、設計、開発、導入経験 \nマテハン導入、物流設備の導入や業務設計、業務改善に携わった経験 \nロボットメーカー、物流自動化領域、SaaS企業、テクノロジー企業、コンサルティングファーム、上流SIerなどでの実務経験 \nエンタープライズ顧客向け、または大規模システム導入プロジェクトの経験 \n上流SIer、コンサルティングファーム、SaaS企業、テクノロジー企業、プロダクト志向の組織での経験 \nProduct Manager、エンジニア、導入チームなどのクロスファンクショナルな組織と協働し、プロダクト改善や顧客課題の解決を推進した経験 \n英語によるコミュニケーション能力（社内関係者との連携・会議・資料作成など）
