You will own the outcomes of this platform end-to-end-quality, adoption, delivery speed, and continuous improvement-and will be expected to personally contribute when the team is blocked, quality is at risk, or critical analytics and automation capabilities need to be built.\nRequirements\nResponsibilities\nBuild & Own the Data & Analytics Platform: Build and operate an internal Data & Analytics Platform that delivers reusable models, tools, and automated workflows to support solution design and operational decision-making across Sales, Solutioning, Deployment, and Operations squads. \nStandardize & Scale Solutioning Workflows: Turn recurring analyses (e.g., sizing, throughput modeling, layout evaluation, performance reporting) into standardized, scalable capabilities, progressively reducing manual effort through automation and self-service. \nHands-on Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on technical leadership on analytics architecture, modeling, and automation;
