Rapyuta Robotics seeks individuals who believe that collaborative work leads to more effective and sustainable outcomes and are fearless in challenging limits whether within themselves or in their surroundings to make a dent in the universe.\nWe are currently looking for talented people with a passion for robotics to join our team and help us further promote the robotics revolution.\nRequirements\nRole and Responsibilities\nThis position is part of the Talent team:\nCollaborate with vendors, agents and internal stakeholders to acquire mainly engineering talents for India and US. \nExecute hiring strategies aligned with business requirements. \nEnsure achievement of hiring targets within defined SLA/TAT timelines. \nManage Internal communication such as promotion of referral program. \nPlan and execute campus recruitment initiatives. \nOrganize and participate in job fairs, hiring drives, and assessment centre. \nBuild strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. \nPartner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements. \nEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. \nBasic Requirements\nAt least 2 years of experience in engineering recruitment is preferred;
