We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead large-scale ServiceNow delivery programs in the UAE. Responsibilities: Lead large-scale ServiceNow implementation and delivery programs Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk Drive stakeholder governance and communication across business and IT teams Conduct and manage steering committee meetings and reporting Ensure successful end-to-end ServiceNow project delivery Preferred Skills /

Certifications: Strong experience in ServiceNow program delivery Project management certifications such as PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile (preferred) Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills Experience handling enterprise-level ServiceNow programs
