The engineer will develop Windows-based agents/services for device health, inventory, performance monitoring, diagnostics, and cloud telemetry.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Develop and maintain Windows Services, background processes, agents, and desktop applications.\n\n- Build components for collecting device health, inventory, performance, and system telemetry.\n\n- Develop scalable integrations with cloud-based telemetry and analytics platforms.\n\n- Design and maintain plugin-based/modular software architecture.\n\n- Troubleshoot production issues, application crashes, logs, and deployment failures.\n\n- Support enterprise deployments, upgrades, and software update mechanisms.\n\n- Develop secure solutions for enterprise Windows environments.\n\n- Contribute to AI-enabled diagnostics, automation, and agent workflows.\n\n- Collaborate with Product, Cloud, Platform, Security, and Development teams.\n\nMandatory Skills : \n\n1. Windows Platform : \n\n- Strong Windows Internals knowledge.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Windows Services and background applications.\n\n- Strong knowledge of Windows Registry, WMI, Event Logs, Performance Counters, and system diagnostics.\n\n- Experience with Active Directory and domain-joined Windows devices.\n\n2. Programming : \n\n- Strong hands-on C# / .NET.\n\n- Strong hands-on C++.\n\n- Good PowerShell development/scripting experience.\n\n- Experience with plugin architecture/modular software design.\n\n- Strong debugging and crash analysis skills.\n\n3. Enterprise Networking : \n\n- Experience with enterprise proxies.\n\n- Knowledge of Kerberos and NTLM authentication.\n\n- Experience with secure network communications (HTTPS/TLS).\n\n4. AWS / Cloud : \n\n- Hands-on experience with AWS IoT and/or AWS Kinesis.\n\n- AWS CloudFront knowledge is preferred.\n\n- Understanding of telemetry pipelines and event-driven systems.\n\n5.
