The role involves developing Windows-based agents and services for device health, inventory, performance monitoring, diagnostics, and cloud telemetry.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Develop and maintain Windows Services, background processes, agents, and desktop applications.\n\n- Build components for collecting device health, inventory, performance, and system telemetry.\n\n- Develop scalable integrations with cloud-based telemetry and analytics platforms.\n\n- Design and maintain plugin-based and modular software architectures.\n\n- Troubleshoot production issues including application crashes, logs, and deployment failures.\n\n- Support enterprise software deployments, upgrades, and update mechanisms.\n\n- Develop secure solutions for enterprise Windows environments.\n\n- Contribute to AI-enabled diagnostics, automation, and agent workflows.\n\n- Collaborate with Product, Cloud, Platform, Security, and Development teams.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n- Strong knowledge of Windows Internals, Windows Services, and background applications.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Windows Registry, WMI, Event Logs, Performance Counters, and system diagnostics.\n\n- Experience with Active Directory and domain-joined Windows devices.\n\n- Strong hands-on programming experience in C#/.NET and C++.\n\n- Good experience with PowerShell scripting/development.\n\n- Experience with plugin architecture and modular software design.\n\n- Strong debugging and crash analysis skills.\n\n- Experience with enterprise proxies, Kerberos, NTLM, HTTPS/TLS, and secure network communications.\n\n- Hands-on experience with AWS IoT and/or AWS Kinesis;
