capabilities and stakeholder engagement across the organization.\n\nJob Responsibilities\nProduct Strategy, Vision, Customer and Market Insight\nDefine the product vision, strategy, and lifecycle in line with company goals, user needs, and the business roadmap.\n\nIdentify innovative, market-leading features and opportunities for the region.\n\nAct as the voice of the customer through interviews, surveys, analytics, and usability research.\n\nConduct market research and competitive benchmarking across insurance and fintech.\n\nRoadmap, Backlog, and Delivery\nOwn the product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing by customer value, ROI, and available resources.\n\nWrite epics, user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria, and ensure stories are ready for development.\n\nDevelop end-to-end service blueprints covering primary journeys and exception paths.\n\nLead agile delivery with Design and Engineering, including sprint planning, daily scrums, and iteration reviews.\n\nTreat internal teams as customers: prioritize their needs, drive adoption, and define service APIs and documentation with Engineering.\n\nTrack service KPIs such as adoption, availability, and reliability, and manage versioning and change communication.\n\nMetrics and Performance\nDefine and monitor feature KPIs and dashboards and iterate based on results.\n\nGo-to-Market and Stakeholder Management\n\nLead product launches and go-to-market plans with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and leadership.\n\nAct as the primary point of contact for the product, including release communications.\n\nMentor product team members and build product champions across the business.\n\nJob Requirements\nEducational Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.\n\nLicenses & Certifications\nN/A\nPrevious Work Experience\n8+ years of experience, preferably including 5+ in product management in fintech, Insurtech, or financial services.\n\nProven record of launching and managing digital products (ideally both B2C and B2B) through their full lifecycle.\n\nStrong understanding of the Saudi fintech ecosystem and its regulations.\n\nSkills & Abilities\nExpert in Agile/Scrum and product management tools, with strong project management skills.\n\nStrong analytical, data-driven decision-making.\n\nTechnical understanding of system integrations (APIs, webhooks, third-party and government platforms), with the ability to set integration guidelines and standards for an integration-heavy environment.\n\nSolid knowledge of microservices architecture and of productizing shared services into reusable, well-documented platform products for internal teams.\n\nSound understanding of customer acquisition funnels.\n\nExcellent communication skills, especially with customers, leadership and cross-functional teams.\n\npreferably Arabic
