As servant leader and facilitator, you will ensure collaboration, alignment and delivery across multiple cross-functional teams, stakeholders and technical domains, and help create predictability, transparency and continuous improvement throughout the development lifecycle.\nResponsibilities\nFacilitate PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt workshops, ART Syncs and other SAFe ceremonies\n\nCoordinate dependencies, risks and impediments across teams\n\nWork closely with Product Management, Product Owners, System Architects, Engineering Managers and business stakeholders to connect strategic objectives with execution\n\nCoach teams and stakeholders in Lean-Agile practices\n\nSupport the achievement of Program Increment objectives and drive continuous improvement across the ART\n\nMonitor and improve performance through metrics on predictability, flow, quality and lead time\n\nFoster an environment where engineering, product and business functions collaborate effectively\n\nRequired skills and experience\nProven experience as a Release Train Engineer, Senior Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Program Manager\n\nStrong knowledge of SAFe, Lean-Agile principles and large-scale agile delivery\n\nBackground from automotive, manufacturing, embedded software or other complex engineering environments\n\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills\n\nExperience facilitating large planning events and coordinating multiple development teams\n\nStrong leadership skills with a servant leadership mindset\n\nSAFe RTE certification (highly desirable)\n\nMeriting experience\nAutomotive R&D, connected vehicles, embedded systems, digital products or software-intensive product development\n\nExperience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Kendis, Miro or similar collaboration and planning tools\n\nExperience in global and distributed development organizations\n\nExperience from transformation initiatives within large-scale Agile
