Consultant with 10+ years of experience in API integrations, technical solutioning, and enterprise customer engagement.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Design and support end-to-end API integrations for enterprise customers.\n\n- Lead technical solutioning across all business functions within the distribution ecosystem.\n\n- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architectures.\n\n- Partner with Product, Engineering, Program Management, and Customer teams to drive successful implementations.\n\n- Support customer onboarding, integration, testing, and go-live activities.\n\n- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and technical issues.\n\nRequirements:\n\n- 10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Solution Engineering or Technical Consulting.\n\n- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, authentication mechanisms, and integration best practices.\n\n- Excellent customer-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Ability to work across business and technical stakeholders.\n\n- Experience supporting large enterprise customers and complex integrations.\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high aptitude for quickly understanding complex business and technical challenges and driving effective solutions.\n\nAdditional Expectation:\n\n- Flexibility to work during late evening/night hours
