support RateGain's DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering practices by helping engineering teams build, deploy, and operate secure, reliable, and scalable applications.\n\nThis role focuses on hands-on CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, automation, monitoring, and production support while continuously improving engineering processes.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Support and improve CI/CD pipelines used for application build, testing, and deployment.\n\n- Work with engineering teams to adopt consistent DevOps practices and improve development and release workflows.\n\n- Assist in automating repetitive deployment and operational activities to improve engineering efficiency.\n\n- Maintain clear technical documentation for deployment processes, infrastructure configurations, and operational procedures.\n\n- Participate in sprint ceremonies and work closely with platform and application engineering teams on DevOps/SRE tasks.\n\n- Work with cloud infrastructure and services across major cloud platforms, with GCP preferred.\n\n- Support infrastructure provisioning and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and related tools.\n\n- Monitor production systems and support troubleshooting of deployment, performance, and reliability issues.\n\n- Respond to production incidents as part of defined support and escalation processes.\n\n- Collaborate with developers, QA, and platform teams to support reliable and efficient releases.\n\nSuccess Metrics : \n\n- Successful and timely execution of application builds and deployments.\n\n- Reduction in deployment-related errors and recurring operational issues.\n\n- Improvement in CI/CD pipeline efficiency and automation coverage.\n\n- Growth in Infrastructure as Code adoption for assigned environments and services.\n\n- Enhanced monitoring and alerting coverage for supported applications and infrastructure.\n\n- Timely response and resolution of assigned production incidents and support requests.\n\n- Adherence to cloud security, access, configuration, and operational standards.\n\n- Increased automation of routine build, deployment, and operational activities.\n\nPreferred Experience : \n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.\n\n- 4 - 5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or Production Support.\n\n- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure (GCP preferred).\n\n- Proficiency with CI/CD tools, automated build/deployment processes, and source control workflows.\n\n- Familiarity with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code and configuration automation tools.\n\n- Strong understanding of Linux, networking fundamentals, scripting, and production troubleshooting.\n\n- Exposure to monitoring, logging, and observability tools.\n\n- Basic understanding of cloud security, access management, disaster recovery, and
