Join us in our quest to become the leading innovator in radioligand therapy and improve the lives of cancer patients and their families.\nAbout the Position\nRatio is seeking a Chemistry Laboratory Operations Associate to join a growing team of scientists to support day-to-day laboratory operations, instrumentation, and sample management and research activities. The successful candidate will ensure the safe, efficient, and well-organized running of the laboratory while maintaining high-quality records and data integrity. The role involves managing equipment and consumables, coordinating sample flow, maintaining and troubleshooting instruments, enforcing safety and compliance, and providing hands-on support for ongoing experiments. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAdministrative activities:\nMaintain accurate records of safety inspections, chemical inventories, and compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.\nOrder, maintain, and organize lab supplies and chemicals, ensuring compliance with proper storage, labeling, and handling procedures.\nLaboratory Responsibilities:\nPrepare buffer solutions and reagents to support lab equipment operation and ongoing research activities.\nAssist with preparation and purification of organic compounds and data collection under the direction of lab scientists.\nMaintain accurate compound inventory; ensure proper labeling, storage, tracking, and distribution of compounds prepared in-house and received from collaborators.\nCoordinate and execute shipment of compounds to collaborators in compliance with applicable shipping and safety requirements.\nPhysical & Safety Requirements\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.\nComfortable working with hazardous chemicals and handling potentially hazardous materials in a controlled laboratory environment, following all safety protocols and PPE requirements.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field and 0-5 years’ experience.\nPrior hands-on laboratory experience strongly preferred.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining records, inventories, and documentation.\nDemonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document work clearly and communicate effectively with scientists and collaborators.\nCommitment to laboratory safety, good laboratory practices, and continuous improvement of lab operations.\nThe annual base salary for this role is expected to range between $70,000 and $90,000. This range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
