develop and maintain scalable machine learning solutions for production.\n\n- Conduct research and development to create end-to-end solutions for computer vision, image processing, and pattern recognition.\n\n- Design AI/ML systems for UAVs to analyze large datasets and generate predictive insights.\n\n- Conduct statistical analyses, interpret test results, and run performance tests.\n\n- Identify patterns using data modeling and evaluation strategies to make accurate predictions.\n\n- Explain complex processes clearly to non-technical stakeholders.\n\n- Research and implement best practices to enhance machine learning infrastructure.\n\n- Experiment with and utilize open-source libraries for innovative solutions.\n\n- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and enhance the performance of existing products.\n\n- Collaborate on framework evolution by building reusable code and libraries.\n\nKey Skills and Competencies :\n\n- Proficiency in Python and essential libraries NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, OpenCV, SciPy.\n\n- Hands-on experience with deep learning (Neural Networks) using PyTorch or TensorFlow.\n\n- Expertise in computer vision for object and action recognition, 2D/3D image processing, and geometry.\n\n- Experience in deploying computer vision applications on edge devices (e.g., Raspberry Pi and Nvidia Jetson).\n\n- Knowledge of ONNX, OpenVINO, and edge computing technologies like Google Coral.\n\n- Experience with AWS or Google Cloud platforms.\n\n- Algorithms for feature extraction, pattern recognition, and clustering (e.g., SVMs, Random Forests).\n\n- Knowledge of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) for image classification, segmentation, and detection.\n\n- Familiarity with architectures like ResNet, YOLO, Mask R-CNN, and UNet.\n\n- Proficiency in optimizing data processing pipelines and ML runtime performance.\n\n- Solid understanding of engineering principles, data structures, and database management.\n\n- Experience with Linux environments.\n\n- Knowledge of writing production-grade REST APIs in Python or similar languages.\n\n- Strong foundation in math, probability, statistics, and algorithms.\n\n- Expertise in developing end-to-end ML solutions.\n\n- Experience with GPUs, TPUs, and libraries like CUDA for accelerated computation.\n\n- Containerization tools (e.g., Docker) for scalable deployments.\n\nQualifications
