Help maintain a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment that supports children’s health, safety, and skill development.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssist with classroom preparation and setup for each session.\nPrepare art activities and materials as directed by the teacher.\nAssist with classroom cleanup and maintain bulletin boards and seasonal decorations.\nAssist with documenting student progress and preparing progress notes.\nComplete parent information forms accurately.\nMonitor children and the classroom environment at all times to support health and safety.\nAssist children in resolving conflicts with other participants.\nMaintain classroom spaces, supplies, and snacks in a sanitary manner.\nHandle confidential information professionally and ethically.\nQualifications & Skills:\nEffective written and verbal communication skills to interact with staff, parents, participants, and the general public.\nCompassionate and responsive to children’s needs.\nAbility to assist with classroom activities, participant supervision, and documentation.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment.\nPhysical & Work Requirements:\nAbility to bend and lift at least 30 lbs.\nAbility to prepare classroom spaces and assist with cleanup.\nConstant attention to participant health and safety required.\nCertifications & Training Requirements:\nMaintain a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and proof of vehicle liability insurance.\nAcquire and maintain CPR, First Aid, and Blood-borne Pathogens certifications.\nAcquire and maintain CRT (Certified Restraint Training).\nSuccessfully pass local, state, and national criminal history checks.\nRAUCH, INC.
