They contribute directly to customer retention and brand loyalty by delivering helpful, friendly, and solution-focused service.\nReports to: Country Manager\nOpportunity\nRespects the company’s sales policy within the limits of their competencies.\nMaintains constant communication with clients.\nAnalyzes the consistency between the offer and the order and requests additional information from the sales manager if discrepancies exist.\nMonitors client receivables and ensures their collection within the established deadlines.\nMaintains constant communication with the company’s external suppliers, sends merchandise orders to them, and monitors the entire procurement process, informing the sales manager in due time about any issues that arise (changes, delays, quantity or value discrepancies, etc.)\nOrganizes freight transport related to the company’s purchases and deliveries to clients;\nEvaluates and selects domestic transport suppliers;\nMonitors compliance with contractual agreements with carriers;\nEnsures the proper execution of import/export goods activities;\nPrepares, in the management software, all goods receipt entries;\nVerifies monthly the accuracy of data in the goods/services purchase documents;\nPrepares specific documents accompanying deliveries to clients (invoices and delivery notes);\nMaintains records of technical, safety, and analysis certificates for traded products;\nPrepares and continuously updates the database regarding clients, company suppliers (goods and services), and marketed products using specific systems\nPromotes the image of RESINEX ROMANIA part of RAVAGO GROUP, through advertising materials and other promotion channels within the financial limits set by company management;\nSends company documents via post or courier;\nMonitors and measures processes, analyzes data, prepares and maintains records of customer satisfaction questionnaires, and prepares reports for management\nIdentify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency\nCollaborate with purchasing, operations, and finance teams\nBackground\nBachelor’s degree\n1+ years of experience / entry level\nFluent in English spoken and written\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy\nStrong organizational and time-management skills\nAbility to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills\nWhat we offer\nCompetitive salary based on experience\nMeal vouchers\nHybrid position\nAfter collecting and evaluating CVs, we will contact candidates who meet the requirements to set up appointment for an interview.
