Engineer, you play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing our modern data platform.\nYou translate architectural vision into robust technical solutions and ensure that our data landscape is reliable, scalable, and ready to support reporting, analytics, and AI-driven use cases.\nYou work closely with Data Architects, Analytics Engineers, BI Developers, and business stakeholders to transform complex data challenges into future-proof solutions.\nYour responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions within our modern data platform.\nTranslate architectural guidelines into sustainable technical designs.\nBuild robust dimensional data models following the Kimball methodology.\nHarmonize data from multiple source systems and ERP environments into a single conformed data layer.\nDevelop high-performance data transformations using dbt and SQL.\nBuild and maintain semantic layers supporting BI solutions, AI agents, and Snowflake Cortex-powered use cases.\nOptimize Snowflake environments for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.\nImplement security standards such as role-based access control, row-level security, and data masking.\nEstablish automated data quality controls and CI/CD processes.\nDrive innovation by exploring, testing, and evaluating emerging technologies and AI solutions, including Snowflake Cortex capabilities.\nDocument solutions and actively share knowledge within the team.\nMentor and coach colleagues on technical best practices.\nYour profile:\nWe are looking for a senior-level Data Engineer who combines technical depth with a pragmatic and entrepreneurial mindset.\nMust-Haves\nProven experience as a Senior Data Engineer in complex enterprise-scale data environments.\nDemonstrated track record of delivering production-ready data solutions.\nStrong expertise in dimensional modeling (Kimball).\nExtensive hands-on experience with Snowflake.\nStrong knowledge of SQL and dbt.\nExperience with Snowflake Cortex and a strong interest in leveraging AI capabilities within modern data platforms.\nExperience with Git, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality.\nAbility to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable way.\nExperience working in structured, backlog-driven development environments.\nYou Also Recognize Yourself In The
